MNADV’s Memorial Service Featured on ABC2-WMAR

On Monday, the MNADV held its 29th Annual Domestic Violence Memorial Service in Annapolis. The service remembered the 42 victims, celebrated the survivors and focused attention on changing laws to reduce domestic violence and improve victim safety.

MNADV Releases 2015-2016 DV Fatality Statistics

Today, the Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence (MNADV) released 2015-2016 Domestic Violence Fatality Statistics, including victims of intimate partner violence, other individuals who died in domestic violence-related situations, and abusers who committed suicide or were killed.  

Tell Maryland Senators to Vote YES to SB219!

  On January 31, 2017 the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee heard SB 219 – “Criminal Procedure – Pretrial Release – Victim Protection.” which allows victims of crime to complete a confidential supplemental form when charges are filed and to register with Maryland’s Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE) service.
